1 Vision Solar recently completed the installation of a 34.34 kW rooftop solar PV system at KNM Ltd’s headquarters. The project was designed to provide a reliable, low-maintenance renewable energy source tailored to the company’s operational requirements.

The system comprises of 63 high-efficiency monocrystalline solar panels, mounted on the existing roof structure using a metal roof mounting solution. Power is managed through a Solis 30kW three phase string inverter, ensuring optimal generation performance and seamless grid integration.

Installation was carried out in accordance with MCS standards and UK electrical regulations, with all works completed safely and efficiently by our in-house team. The project involved working around live operations, restricted roof space, weather delays, and bespoke cable routing, demonstrating our capability to deliver complex commercial installations without disruption to day-to-day business activities.

The system is expected to generate approximately 34,633 kWh of renewable electricity annually, offsetting a significant portion of KNM Ltd’s grid consumption and reducing their carbon footprint. Remote monitoring has been enabled via a cloud-based platform, allowing the client to track performance in real time.

This installation marks another step in helping UK businesses take control of their energy future and contribute to a more sustainable economy.
