1 Vision Solar partnered with Legsun to install a 15.7 kWp solar PV system consisting of 58 Saronic M60PCS 270W solar panels. Our MCS-certified solar installation team successfully completed the project within an efficient four-day timeframe.

Innovative Mounting Solution
For this installation, we utilised our preferred mounting method, the Renusol standing seam clamp system. Renusol was chosen for its ease of use and quick installation process, ensuring both efficiency and reliability. The standing seam clamps are designed to securely attach to the ridges of a standing seam roof without penetrating the surface, preserving the roof’s integrity and allowing for thermal expansion of the metal panels.

The mounting process involves clipping the clamps beneath the ridges of the standing seam roof and securing them with bolts through the frame. A rail mount is then attached, creating a stable base for the solar panels. This system ensures the clamps are pressed firmly onto the seam without impeding the roof’s natural thermal expansion or compromising its structure.

Precision and Care
To maintain the performance and longevity of the roof, our team adhered to precise torque specifications during installation, ensuring that the standing seams were unaffected and thermal movement was accommodated. This attention to detail highlights our commitment to quality and safety in every project.

This project demonstrates 1 Vision Solar’s expertise in delivering tailored renewable energy solutions using innovative mounting systems. By combining industry-leading components with skilled craftsmanship, we continue to help businesses transition to sustainable energy with minimal disruption.
