1 Vision solar worked with Amberwell Engineering to install a 10.5KWP solar array comprising of 42 Eopilly 250w solar panels. For the mounting system on this job we used our non-penetrating mounting system, manufactured by Van Der Valk in the Netherlands.

The valk 10° Mounting system is a non penetrating ballasted system, This system is placed onto the ballasted blocks and secured down meaning that the weight of the system will not allow it to lift away.  Our dedicated MCS credited solar installations team worked to get this job completed, commissioned and handedover in a 4 day time frame.

This system is comprised of 42 panels, with a total kWp of 10.5Kw, on a flat roof mounting system. As this system is near the sea and is in a windy area the amount of ballast we put on the system was particularly important. When designing the system we always take into account the weight load, weather and safety aspects of each individual solar PV system. We worked with amberwell to complete this solar system in the best possible way we could to maximise the efficiency of the generation on the panels.
